Kevin M. Camp

Trial Attorney

Kevin Camp received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston with a bachelor of science in Economics and a minor in Finance.  In 2008, Kevin received his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law.  While in law school, he served as President of the Board of Advocates and represented the school across the nation in several different varsity trial competitions.  While attending South Texas College of Law and competing in these mock trials, Kevin achieved several awards and accomplishments, including; Champion in the 2007 National White Collar Crime competition at Georgetown in Washington D.C., Champion of the 2007 T. Gerald Treece Summer Mock Trial Academy Competition, semi-finalist in the 2008 ABA Criminal Trial in Chicago, multiple Speaking awards, Advocacy scholarships and service awards.
 
Kevin served as an Adjunct Professor in Mock Trial Litigation and as a mock trial coach for South Texas College of Law from 2008 until 2017 and continues to stay involved in the advocacy program.  In September of 2010, Kevin had the privilege of graduating from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College in Wyoming. 
 
Kevin founded the Law Office of Kevin M. Camp, P.C. in Houston, in 2010, where he represented clients in personal injury and other general business litigation matters.  He then worked for Jones Granger, representing railroad employees involved in toxic occupational exposures and traumatic injuries in many states across the country, from June of 2012 until July of 2018.  
 
In August of 2018, Kevin turned his focus back to the Camp Trial Firm, P.C. (formerly the Law Office of Kevin M. Camp, P.C.) and continues to represent injured railroad employees and other persons who have been injured by the actions of defendants, corporations, and insurance companies.  

Kevin has been nominated by his peers and has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star by Super Lawyers for four-consecutive years (2015 – 2018).  He was president of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association in 2017.  And, in 2018, Kevin had the privilege of becoming a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
 
Kevin and the Camp Trial Firm are devoted to protecting the right to a trial by jury.
