Kevin started the Firm with the belief that every case should be prepared and represented as though it will need to be tried before a jury.  More and more defendants are pushing cases to trial and refusing to take full responsibility for their negligent actions.  The only way to make these defendants take responsibility and to send them a message that their behavior is unacceptable, is to have a jury tell them with a verdict.

We represent those who have been wronged or injured through the actions of another.  Sometimes there is no option but to seek resolution of legal matters through the court system. We believe that every case that is prosecuted through the court system should be thoroughly prepared and ready to be tried before a jury.  

Kevin, and the Camp Trial Firm, represent injured workers all over the United States in conjunction and as of counsel with other law firms that have been designated as counsel for various railroad unions.  Kevin is currently licensed and admitted to practice in Texas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  With the approval of other state bars and courts (through pro hac vice admission), Kevin has handled cases in many other states and has tried cases in West Virginia, Tennessee, Kansas, and multiple counties in Texas.
